Performance marketing · fixed scope

Marketing work with a price on it and a date attached.

Tracking setup, ad account reviews, creative and copy — scoped as fixed services you can buy today, each with a stated delivery window. Bigger programmes are quoted after a call.

How delivery works

Four steps, and the clock is visible at every one.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. If access is delayed the order pauses and you are told — you are never charged for waiting.

STEP 01

You buy or you ask

Fixed-price services check out directly. Quoted work starts with a short call.

STEP 02

Intake form, same day

You receive a short brief form and an access checklist. The clock starts when it comes back.

STEP 03

Delivery in the window

Files arrive by email and shared drive, inside the working-day window shown on the service.

STEP 04

One revision round

Included on every fixed-price service, within 14 days of delivery. No hidden retainer.

Why fixed scope

You should know what you are buying before you pay for it.

Most agency work is priced after a discovery call, which makes it impossible to compare. The services above are deliberately narrow: a defined input, a defined output, a stated number of working days.

If your situation genuinely needs more than that, the quoted services below are the honest route — not a fixed product stretched to fit.

No results are promised. Ad performance depends on your offer, your market and your budget, and any provider claiming otherwise is guessing.

Quoted after a call

Four services priced on scope.

Indicative starting prices, all one-off projects — no retainers or subscriptions. You receive a written proposal with scope, price and timeline before anything begins.

What you are entitled to

The commercial terms, in plain language.

Stated delivery window

Every service shows its own window. It starts when your brief and access arrive, not at payment.

14-day right to cancel

Consumers may cancel within 14 days. If work has started but is unfinished, you pay only for what was delivered.

Written scope first

Quoted work never begins without a proposal stating scope, price and timeline that you have accepted.

Missed window, full refund

If a delivery window is missed for a reason on our side, you may cancel the order and be refunded in full.

About

A marketing studio registered in the United Kingdom.

Universal Vision Limited is an English company working with small teams and independent operators across the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands and France. Every engagement is scoped in writing before it starts, and every service carries a delivery window we hold ourselves to.

Work is delivered remotely, in English. The focus is deliberately narrow — advertising, measurement, creative and copy — and if a request falls outside that, you will be told so rather than quoted for it.
